Fatshion February: the “I worked too much this month and didn’t do very many posts” edition, aka the “all I ever wear is plaid and suspenders” edition, aka the “lumberjack roasts a chicken after work” edition.
ok, so I failed hard at fatshion february. I worked at least six days a week for the whole month, and thusly lost the ability to have emotions and care about much of anything other than sleep. Next week is back to regular life! Work 5 days, have 2 off, rinse and repeat. phew!
To celebrate my one day off tomorrow, I roasted a chicken! I also roasted veggies, braised cabbage with bacon, and made gravy. YUM.
